HEALTH GUARANTEE:

Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of the sale and received appropriate medical vaccinations and care, including parvo vaccinations and deworming. Seller will provide buyer with a chart detailing puppy's treatment under seller's care and future care seller feels is essential to the puppy's well-being.

Seller guarantees that the puppy is free from life-threatening genetic diseases/defects for one year. Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of acquiring the puppy and obtain a receipt for this guarantee to be in effect. Should the buyer neglect to take the puppy for this exam, the buyer will assume immediate and all responsibility for the health of the puppy and this agreement will be null and VOID. All vet bills are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Should any life-threatening genetic diseases/defects be discovered during this exam or at anytime during the duration of this guarantee it must be attested to in writing to the Seller by the Buyer's Licensed Veterinarian. The puppy must be returned to the Seller no more than 72 hours after the guaranteed period at the buyer's expense. Seller will then provide a replacement puppy as soon as such a puppy becomes available to the Seller. No monetary reimbursement in partial or full will be given.

This guarantee ONLY covers life threatening genetic diseases/defects.

This guarantee applies to the original buyer and is NONTRANSFERABLE to a third party.

THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER: Parasites internal or external, ringworm, cocidiosis, giardia, hypoglycemia, hepatitis, or mites. It does not cover injuries caused by a fall or because the puppy was harmed in any way after leaving our care. We recommend that you never to leave the puppy without proper care or supervision or alone on a couch, table or bed. The breeder also recommends extra care when closing doors (especially patio doors) and when walking around such a tiny breed.

THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER: the following minor flaws or any condition that is minor and those than can be corrected by Veterinarian intervention:

OPEN FONTANEL: or Molera, a soft spot on the head, which is a unique feature of the chihuahua and which may or may not grow closed.

SIZES:—we cannot guarantee sizes as adults, we give estimates or guesses, but they are not always correct. Some puppies can just stop growing and others get larger than expected.

TRACHEA: Small breeds sometimes develop a peculiar cough (also called a honk or reverse sneeze)due to the collapse of tracheal rings. It can be annoying to the owner of the dog but is not life threatening to the dog.

HERNIAS: of any kind

TESTICLES: not descending

PATELLA LUXATION: in the event that the puppy develops this condition, too short or too long ligaments in the paw, feet, or leg area, the breeder will not be accountable and the purchaser takes full responsibility should the puppy have to be treated at the buyer s own expense.

Pyometra: a dangerous uterine infection.

We do not guarantee any puppies that are taken to a vet inside a pet store as they receive a kick back for product sold and therefore prescribe unneeded things. Take your puppy to a legitimate veterinarian clinic.

SHIPPING:

When puppy is being shipped there is always a risk of stress on the puppy. Seller does not assume responsibility for puppies that have been stressed by travel and is in no way liable for damages or medical costs associated with any stress the puppy has endured. By choosing to have your puppy shipped you take the risk of stress, injury or death caused by shipping hazards.

GENERAL:

Seller shall not be held responsible for any acts of the puppy. Seller assumes no responsibility for the puppy after leaving the premises. Seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality, allergy to animal, disagreement of family, etc.

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL. **

Buyer agrees to exercise normal care in maintaining puppy's health. Routine preventative care includes the following: Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian , annual vaccinations, annual fecal examinations, annual screening test for heartworm detection, and rabies vaccinations as mandated by the buyers state of residence.**

Seller makes no guarantee as to the adult size, color, or quality of the puppy.

It is further understood and agreed that no warranty or representation has been made with respect to the sold puppy except as set forth in writing in this agreement. This agreement shall be bound by the laws of the state of West Virginia. The actual paper work you receive includes the AKC and/or CKC registered Names of the Dam and Sire, the puppy's AKC and/or CKC registration number, date of birth, sex and complete health record. Appropriate paperwork will be given to buyer at time of sale or when received by AKC and/or CKC.
